These terms apply to the installable retailer PWA and the associated ordering flows used by Rwanda businesses buying LPG from verified distributors on GASLINE.

Use of the service

Use GASLINE for lawful business ordering only and keep your account details, delivery information, and payment confirmations accurate.

Orders and payment

Review each order before confirming payment. Final pricing, stock availability, and delivery timing depend on the selected distributor and the order state.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, scrape protected business data, or attempt unauthorized access to retailer, distributor, or admin features.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service, but outages, delivery delays, third-party payment issues, or distributor-side stock changes can happen. Use the service at your own business risk.
